ZPE: On the Verge of Breakthrough?

Glossary

Alien Reproduction Vehicle  Man-made flying disc first reported in 1991 by William “Bill” Cooper and to have been developed by major US aerospace companies. [1] Also known as an ARV.

overunity device                   Any device that generates more power output than power input. The ratio of power output to its power input being greater than 1 (i.e. over unity).

space-time                             Any mathematical model that fuses the three dimensions of space and the one of time into a single 4-dimensional continuum.  Also called spacetime.

Spatial Effect Generator       British inventor John Searl created an overunity device that he claimed to have overunity power generation and defied gravity.  Russian scientists, Roshchin and Godin, claimed to have duplicated the Spatial Effect Generator (SEG) experiment. [2]        AKA: Searl Effect Generator.

zero-point                              Absolute zero.  The point of zero temperature (minus 273.15 °C or minus 459.67 °F)

zero-point energy                 A seething mass of energy fluctuations within a vacuum at a temperature of absolute zero.  AKA: ZPE (layman definition)

zero-point energy                 The energy of a system at a temperature of zero.  In quantum field theory, the vacuum state is the quantum state with the lowest possible energy; it contains no physical particles, and is the energy of the ground state. [3]. (scientific definition)

ZPE – What Is It, Anyway?

How would you like to tap into a source of electrical power without paying your local power company a penny?  We’re not talking about solar energy here! During the past few years some scientists have been quietly researching whether zero-point energy (ZPE) has any prospect of producing a “free” energy source from “nowhere” that could power the world. Contrary to what I was told by my science teacher in the seventh grade, space is not empty, but instead is a seething mass of energy, with extremely short-lived, electromagnetic fluctuations flashing in and out of existence about their “zero-point.”  The “zero” in zero-point energy refers to a vacuum space that has been chilled down to zero degrees (-273.15°Celsius).  At this zero point, in principle, everything is frozen — nothing moves.  No heat is being generated by the friction of molecules as there are no molecules present in the vacuum.   Yet, in theory, there is still an energy field present — the zero point energy field. It is that field that some scientists are attempting to tap into and generate useful energy from it.

The problem is that no one, at least in the public sector, really knows where the source of the energy field is coming from.  It’s just there.  Perhaps there are millions or billions of these random fluctuations being created and destroyed each millisecond that could be tapped to produce useful work in the form of electrical energy.  If it could be tapped and controlled on Earth, all eight billion of the Earth’s population could benefit.  In space it could be an endless source of electrical power without the need of fuel.

Mark McCandlish and ZPE

Mark McCandlish is a well-known aerospace illustrator, UFO researcher and speaker at UFO conferences. Here are his thoughts about zero-point energy:

“There is a scientist in Utah by the name of Moray B. King — he wrote a book called Tapping the Zero Point Energy. What he maintains is that this energy is embedded in space-time all around us; it’s in everything we see. I think it was James Clerk Maxwell who speculated that there’s enough of this flux, this electrical charge, in the nothingness of space, that if you could capture all the energy that was embedded in just a cubic yard of space, you’d have enough energy to boil the oceans of the entire world. That’s how much energy is sitting there waiting to be tapped. Now, one of the things that Moray B. King said was that the best way to tap that energy is by driving it out of equilibrium. It’s just like a bunch of cigarette smoke in a box, but if you somehow send a shockwave through it, you can get force —you can get ripples through it. Then, if you have a way of collecting that energy at the other end, you have a way of tapping into it and using it.
This Alien Reproduction Vehicle [see definition], this Flux Liner, has a way of doing that somehow, electronically. Now, [McCandlish’s associate] had described the fact that this central column has a kind of vacuum chamber in it. The vacuum chamber is one of the things that all of these scientists describe in these over-unity or free energy devices they build. They all have some kind of vacuum tubes, vacuum technology.”

John Searl, Paul A. LaViolette and ZPE

For many years there have been rumors and whispered assurances that zero-point energy devices have been in development.  These include British inventor John Searl and his Spatial Effect Generator (SEG).  Searl’s SEG Magnetics, Inc. promises to provide,“unlimited natural ambient energy.”  According to their website, a one meter in diameter SEG can supply 15kWh (kilowatt hours) and can be connected in tandem to supply even greater amounts of energy.  “It is scalable up in size to power homes, vehicles, ships, trains, large building, resort islands and any size industrial plants in urban or remote off the grid areas.”  Mitsubishi Electric and other major corporations are rumored to have been quietly developing ZPE for years.  So what’s holding them up?

John Searl [5]

Searl’s SEG [6]

In his book, Secrets of Antigravity Propulsion: Tesla, UFOs and Classified Aerospace Technology (2008), Paul A. LaViolette, Ph.D. states that the Russian scientists Vladimir Roshchin and Serge Godin duplicated British inventor James Searl’s SEG device.  Their device, according to LaViolette “. . . may have a clearly identifiable energy source in its immediate environment.”  “The [Roshchin and Godin device, which they called the Magnetic Energy Converter] may also be cohering energy from the omnipresent zero-point energy background that extends throughout space.”  And, just as importantly, “A generator such as this that cools its environment while it generates power appears to be the ultimate solution for the global warming problem.” [emphasis added]. [7]

More From Mark McCandlish

“I believe it’s the process that Moray [King] came to describe when he [proposed] driving the energy in the vacuum out of equilibrium, putting some kind of a shockwave through it.

“Now, the other thing that I believe happens here, is that as this system begins to tap into this zero-point energy and is drawing it away from the local environment, the whole craft becomes lighter in weight —it becomes partially mass-canceled, if you will, which is one of the reasons why just a little bit of energy in the capacitors could shoot it all over the place.

“One of the things that I believe happens, is when you take a system like this and you fire it up, everything in the system starts to become mass-canceled. The next thing that happens is that the electrons that are flowing through the system also become mass-canceled. What does that mean? It means as that system and all the electrons flowing through that big Tesla coil become mass-canceled, it also becomes the perfect super-conductor, which means the efficiency of the systems goes right through the ceiling. You get dramatic efficiency, just like the whole thing was dunked into liquid nitrogen or made out of pure silver or pure gold, which at certain temperatures are perfect conductors —it becomes lighter and can accelerate at incredible speeds.”

Antigravity Technology and the Climate Change Solution?

Clearly, if zero-point energy turns out to be a real phenomenon, it may be the solution to not only space travel but also for the benefit of all peoples of the world.  It might provide a source of electrical energy to those of the third world where electricity and clean water are only hopes for the future.  For a minimal expense (say, USD $500), every home might be able to generate its own natural, ambient electrical energy. Zero-point energy may spell the end to the burning of fossil fuels forever.  As John Searl claims on his SEG Magnetics website, “No wood, no coal, no gas, no radiation, no wear, no heating, no noise, no problem.”  As a result, global climate change and environmental pollution might end up as things of the distant past.

How Does It Work?

How does the Spatial Effect Generator work?  In an analogy to a hydroelectric dam, SEG Magnetics shows how the generator works at https://segmagnetics.com/en/spatial-effect-generator/.  At least they show how they think it works.
